OGUN STATE SCOUT COUNCIL TO HOLD TRAINERS WORKSHOP

Members of the Ogun State scouts council training team and committee will converge for their annual trainers workshop to upscale their capacity and share best practises on modern scouting for quality service delivery.

The 3 days trainers workshop will hold between Friday 21st to Sunday 23rd January 2022 at BK International Hotel ,Idiroko , Ipokia Local Government.
A release by the state Training Commissioner, Mr Bisi Enitan informs that the official opening ceremony of the workshop will be chaired by Eng Wale Rasaq and will have in attendance the Commissioner for Culture and Tourism,Mr TOYIN Taiwo, member representing Ipokia at the State Assembly, Mrs
Risikat Ajibola and the chairman Ipokia Local Government,Hon Isiaka Aderohunmu
Other dignitaries expected are traditional rulers, religious leaders and community leaders from within and outside Ipokia local government.
The release further stated that a former Assistant Chief Commissioner of the scout association of Nigeria, Apostle Tola Adenekan and a former South West zone training commissioner,Mr Pius Feyisetan will facilitate the workshop while the State Scout Commissioner,Eng Olusola Leigh is the Chief host.
Members of the State training team and commitee are senior officers of the scout association drawn from the five provinces of the state Scout Council.
