Right Honourable Olusegun Bolanle Gbeleyi, Deputy Speaker of Ogun State
between 1999-2003 has been appointed as the Chairman of the Board of the
Digital Bridge Institute, (DBI), an International Centre for Information and Communication Technology Studies, under the Nigerian Communications Commission, NCC.

Rt Hon Olusegun B. Gbeleyi is a trained teacher, excellent administrator, well accomplished journalist, publisher, graduate of Mass Communications in Time-Based Media, and an accomplished digital administrator.

Rt.Hon.Gbeleyi served HE Senator Ibikunle Amosun CON, FCA administration in Ogun state as Consultant on Power to the executive Governor from 2016- 2019.

He is a Public Affairs analyst with records of impactful achievements.

Appointed alongside the Chairman are two additional members of the Board: Mr. Reuben Gilbert Omotowa, is a seasoned administrator having served diligently in government and private circles with impeccable footprints.

He retired from the services of the Bureau of Public Enterprise as a Director, (Transport, Industries and Services) and served as an Executive Commissioner in National Pension Commission (PENCOM) from 2013-2017.

While he was in PENCOM, he led strategic departments with impactful results.

He is a fellow of the Association of National Accountants of Nigeria (ANAN) from 1996 to Date. Chief Enyi C Enyi, is a highly resourceful and accomplished administrator who has continuously put in years of service in reshaping the Nigerian project.

He is presently the Governing Board Chairman, Federal Teaching Hospital, Gombe State Nigeria and former Minority Leader of Ebonyi State House of Assembly.

With the addition of these caliber of individuals to the Governing Board, the Board will continue to deliver effectively on its mandate of providing policy direction and guidance to the Management of the Institute to ensure that the DBI achieve its set objectives.
