KIDNAPPED OOU STUDENTS REGAIN FREEDOM

The Police in Ogun state has confirmed the release of two students of Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ayetoro campus, who were kidnapped on Saturday night.

Following the news of the abduction of the two female students in the town, the leadership of National Association of Nigerian Students, Ogun axis/joint action committes has threatened to shut down all tertiary institutions in the State in protest for the abduction of their colleagues.

Also, the Progressive Students Movement, PSM, during a Press Conference on Tuesday gave a 78 hours uttimatum to Ogun state Governor, Prince Dapo Abiodun to secure the release of the two abducted female Students and that failure to do so, Students in the state would embark on massive protest.

The Police Spokesman in the State, Abimbola Oyeyemi confirmed that Adeyemo Precious and Oyefule Abiola are now with the police.
